Hayal & Hakikat (translated as Dreams & Fact) takes the form of two booklets― A Handbook of Forgiveness and A Handbook of Punishment― which can be viewed side by side. This book by Cemre Yesil Gönenli was inspired by the workshop ‘Interpreting the Encyclopedia of Instanbul with Photographs’ organised by Genis Açı Project Office and SALT in May 2019.  Bu kitaptaki fotoğraflar, 20. yüzyıl başlarında Türkiye'den mahkumların ellerini tasvir ediyor ve Osmanlı İmparatorluğu'nun 34. Sultanı II. Abdülhamid'in fotoğraf albümlerinden alınmıştır. Hayal & Hakikat (Düşler ve Gerçek olarak çevrilmiştir) yan yana görülebilen iki kitapçık şeklini alır: A El Kitabı ve Bir Ceza El Kitabı. Cemre Yeşil Gönenli'nin bu kitabı, Mayıs 2019'da Genis Açı Proje Ofisi ve SALT tarafından düzenlenen 'Instanbul Ansiklopedisini Fotoğraflarla Yorumlamak' atölyesinden esinlenmiştir.
